Team Needs: Dallas Cowboys

Hurtin' for: another criminal
That's why they seem to be working hard to acquire Pacman Jones. Seriously, though, this appears to be a team without glaring needs and with plenty of draft firepower, in the form of two first-round and three first-day picks. The Cowboys can afford to grab the best available players at each spot in Round 1, try to make a move up to get a single guy they really like or yield one of the first-rounders to a team in search of a quarterback.

Should be lookin' for: a corner
Obviously, Pacman would significantly alter the team's cornerback landscape, as he could instantly step into the lineup for the aging Anthony Henry. Henry will turn 32 in November, but more importantly, he has missed significant time in two of the past three seasons. If Jones doesn't enter the fold, Dallas could stand to draft a new potential starter. Even if Jones is secured before the draft, the team would obviously need insurance on his availability. The Cowboys lost reserve corners Jacques Reeves and Nate Jones via free agency.

Will likely settle for: good players
A running back seems a likely first-day addition, with Julius Jones having moved on to Seattle , although the resulting opening doesn't really classify as a need. Getting another receiver is probably more important with Terry Glenn fragile as ever and about to turn 34. Terrell Owens doesn't appear anywhere near the end, but it's worth noting that he's actually about seven months older than Glenn. Another defensive end could be a good addition, as would an eventual replacement for left tackle Flozell Adams. Even the backup quarterback spot could garner attention, so that the team doesn't have to rely on Brad Johnson for too long.
