Wheeler can shoot all over the field but he doesn't have the instincts to always be where he should.

Analysis: Wheeler does enough things well to justify being selected in the middle rounds. However, his lack of football IQ raises some doubts about how effective he'll be. He's got the athletic ability teams are looking for, though.
