Analysis: Simpson is an excellent athlete who can jump for the pigskin as well as anyone in this year’s draft class. He doesn’t have top-end speed, but he is fast enough to get open consistently on shorter routes. Jerome could be this year’s small-school receiver of choice and figures to be a mid-round selection.
