Weaknesses: Gets hurt too much Statline: Ran for 1,009 yards and eight scores last year. Technique: Patrick is quick enough to avoid tacklers, but isn't a real powerful back. Known Injuries: An ankle injury cost him the first game of last season and he then hurt his knee in the East-West Shrine game. Combine / Workout Assessment: Coming Soon Analysis: Allen is a good north-south runner, but lacks the size and power needed to be fully effective with that style. He is a question mark in the passing game, but could improve in that area. It doesn’t look like Patrick is ever going to be a featured back in the NFL, but he’s could be a serviceable backup. |
