Statline: In 40 games at Oklahoma, recorded three interceptions, 12  passes defended, and 101 tackles. 

Technique: Shoulder issues limit his effectiveness in run support, and he lacks the ability to turn and run with receivers. May be best as a safety at the next level. 

Known Injuries: Underwent surgery to repair a dislocated left shoulder and missed spring practice, 2007. Underwent two surgeries in 2005 to repair a dislocated right shoulder, limiting him to six games as a sophomore.

Analysis: Walker’s matching shoulder surgeries raise a red flag with any team requiring him to come up and provide run support. As such, he may be best suited to play a centerfield-type position where he can keep the action in front of him. Unfortunately, he lacks the hands and ball skills to generate turnovers in that role. His athleticism will get him drafted, but he may not have the football skills to be anything more than a backup.
