Technique: Throwback who plays with aggression and nastiness, but doesn’t move particularly well. 

Known Injuries: Suffered a broken bone in his right thumb during his redshirt season of 2003.

Analysis: Richard has the frame to add bulk and could end up moving just about anywhere along the offensive line. He plays with a nastiness coaches will love, but he’s not particularly athletic and will need to overachieve to play on Sundays on a regular basis.
