Analysis: Nicks is a mountain of a man who projects to be a late first-day pick thanks to his girth and strength. However, because of his size and relative lack of quickness, he isn’t a candidate to move inside to guard. Luckily for him, tackle is one of the most coveted positions in the NFL, especially on the left side, and he certainly has enough potential to be considered a future starter. Although his future is bright, he probably isn’t going to step in right away and be effective as a rookie.
