Analysis: Manningham’s calling card is his ability to get deep, and that is the attribute which will make him one of the first wideouts off the board. His skill set is not too broad, though, as he seems to have distain for run blocking and won’t be effective going over the middle until he adds some bulk to his frame. Mario also has a reputation for, let’s say, not being the hardest worker on the team. However, despite his lackluster 40-yard dash at the combine, Manningham can sleep easy at night knowing he is one of this draft’s elite deep threats, and that is a something NFL franchises covet.
