Analysis: The biggest mark against Jenkins will be a 2007 offseason incident which resulted in multiple misdemeanors being filed against him. On the field, there is a lot to like about Mike, especially his combination of height and fluid hips. His interception total as a senior is nothing to write home about, but that was largely a result of teams simply choosing not to throw his direction. NFL franchises have been known to grant second chances to players, especially cornerbacks who are built like Jenkins. Expect teams to look past his pedestrian numbers and off-field mishap to focus in on his physical tools, and that will result in him being a first-round selection.
