Analysis: Glenn Dorsey is getting all the attention, but NFL scouts feel that Ellis is the real deal, too. Concerns about his height have been raised, yet that has not stopped him from developing into one of the best pass rushers among this year’s class of interior lineman. Teams also love the fact he’s played all along the interior and would be able to contribute in multiple formations as a rookie. Ellis also gets high marks for his effort and consistency, not to mention that fact he’s competed against college football’s best for four years. With all that in his favor, Sedrick may not make it past the first 10 picks on draft day.

Recent News:
Courstey of a trade with the New England Patriots, the New Orleans Saints moved up to the No. 7 pick in Saturday's draft to select Ellis, a first-team All-American and the Pac-10 Defensive Player of the Year.
Insight: The Saints were itching to move up in this draft to get DT Glenn Dorsey. When he went to Kansas City, New Orleans made the move with New England to land the second-best DT in this year's class. (Michael Hicks/SportsBuff.com)
