Marcus Monk (WR) -- Arkansas Razorbacks

Monk was the second receiver taken by the Bears when Chicago used a seventh-round compensatory selection on him on Sunday.
Insight: Monk was limited by quarterback issues throughout college and then injury as a senior. He scored 11 TDs and gained 962 yards in 2006 despite the Razorbacks waffling between Mitch Mustain and Casey Dick under center. Mario Urrutia (WR) -- Louisville

Urrutia's status as a late-seventh round pick of the Bengals sure doesn't make his choice to leave school a year early look like a good one.
